The beautiful 16 year old Chante Jantjies of South Africa was crowned Miss Teenager Universe 2010 at the finale held October 17th in Costa Rica. Chante Jantjies was Miss South Africa Teen 2009.

* The first runner-up is Eline Pool from Curacao
* The second runner-up is Roxana Dumitrescu from Romania
