Natasha Metto of Kenya wins the Beauty with a Purpose Fast Track Competition of Miss World 2010 beauty pageant. The announcement took place on October 29, 2010 during the final dress rehearsal in preparation for October 30's competition. She become the 5th semi-finalist on October 30.
